Carolyn Packard Graduates from Bethel University

Carolyn Packard of Rockford graduated from Bethel University, in St. Paul, Minn., following the spring 2011 semester. Packard received a BA in Communication Studies. She is the daughter of Barry and Belinda Packard from Rockford, IL.
