Charis Noteboom Graduates from Bethel University

Charis Noteboom of Sioux Falls graduated from Bethel University, St. Paul, following the fall 2012 semester. Noteboom earned a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She is the daughter of Rachel Person from Sioux Falls, SD.
