Jula Haugen Graduates from Bethel University

Jula Haugen of Crystal Lake graduated from Bethel University, St. Paul, following the spring 2013 semester. Haugen earned a BS in Nursing. She is the daughter of Boon and Cynthia Charoenying from Crystal Lake, IL.
