Rachel Miller Graduates from Bethel University

Rachel Miller of White Bear Lake graduated from Bethel University, St. Paul, following the spring 2013 semester. Miller earned a BS in Biology. She is the daughter of Jim and Lynn Miller from White Bear Lake, MN.
