Sydney Quandt Graduates from Bethel University

Sydney Quandt of East Moline graduated from Bethel University, St. Paul, following the spring 2013 semester. Quandt earned a BA in Youth Ministry. She is the daughter of Jim and Julie Quandt from East Moline, IL.
