Tara Allard Graduates from Bethel University

Tara Allard of Plymouth graduated from Bethel University, St. Paul, following the spring 2013 semester. Allard earned a BA in Communication Studies. She is the daughter of Mike and Chris Allard from Plymouth, MN.
