Tatyana De La Riva-Blinova of Minneapolis graduated from Bethel University, St. Paul, following the spring 2013 semester. De La Riva-Blinova earned a BA in Teaching Eng/Second Lang K-12. She is the daughter of Aleksandr and Nataliya Blinova from Minneapolis, MN.
