Taylor Rafferty Graduates from Bethel University

Taylor Rafferty of Grafton graduated from Bethel University, St. Paul, following the fall 2012 semester. Rafferty earned a BA in Psychology. She is the daughter of Ed and Cheryl Rafferty from Grafton, WI.
